Soundscraps was born in 2018 from the meeting of the Duo TRoneitor with the Argentine audiovisual artist and filmmaker Pablo Magne, realizing the need to continue investigating the intersection of languages, free improvisation, video art and contemporary music.
The Duo’s own sound aesthetics dialogues with the visuals made by Pablo Magne, created live or alternatively with recordings of already obsolete video systems and post-produced with hybrid analog-digital technology.
Soundscraps works between image and sound, accounting for the creative feedback between the two languages.
Soundscraps has held numerous live concerts in Buenos Aires rooms since its inception and participated in various music and video art cycles and festivals.
The video art “El Plata a su derecha” has won recognition for national
production at FIVA 2019 and “Mi BS AS krd” has been selected for FIVA
2018 in the exhibition “La otra mirada”
